IMPORTANT PRODUCT SAFETY REPORT: Axminster Trade AT200SM Spindle Moulder
A risk has been identified with the guarding supplied with the Axminster AT200SM Spindle Moulder (formerly sold as the WS1000TA), Axminster Tools Product Code: 501209.
Hazard: the product presents a serious risk of injuries, including laceration and amputation.
Corrective action: the product has been withdrawn from sale. A new guard and pressure plate has been designed. Existing users have been contacted to notify them of the risks and the availability of replacement parts and have been provided with updated user instructions.
