We know that you're eagerly awaiting your Axminster Tools order, and we want to make sure your order is sent out to you as quickly as possible. 

When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your order has been successful, and will now be processed by our warehouse. 

As soon as your order has been received by our carrier, you’ll receive an email from us to let you know that your order is on the way. The despatch notification email will contain the carrier information, the website where the delivery can be tracked as well as your unique tracking number, so you can keep an eye on the progress of your order to your door.

Please note, if your order has been despatched with Royal Mail 1st Class Post we will be unable to provide you with a delivery status update. This is because this is not a trackable service.
