Follow the helpful steps below to review, set and update your Default Billing address and Delivery address. Please note: These addresses can be different. Adding this information will save you time during the order process.
1. Login to your account
- Sign in to your account via the sign in page.
- Enter your associated email address and password that you entered when you registered for an account. Can't Login?
2. Access your address book
- Click the Account button (person icon) in the top right hand corner of the website.
- Select the "My Account" menu item.
- Click the "Address Book" option.

You’ll need to expand the "My Account" menu at the top of the page where you’ll then find the "Address Book" link.
3. Review, add or update your addresses
- If you need to add a new address, or update an existing address, click the “Address Book” link on the left hand side navigation.
- If you see the form below, this means that you don’t currently have any saved addresses in your “Address Book”. If so, you’ll need to add an address to get started; simply add your address and it will automatically be set as your “Default Billing” and “Default Delivery” address.
3.1 Your “Default Billing” and “Default Delivery” addresses are the same
- If you have no “Additional Addresses” displayed (as shown in the screenshot below), click the “Add New Address” link.
- For reference, you will need to follow this step before you are able to change your “Default Billing” or “Default Delivery” address.
- Please see Step 4 to learn how to change your “Default Billing address” or “Default Delivery address”.
3.2 Your “Default Billing” and “Default Delivery” addresses are different and you want to make them both the same
- If you want to make your “Default Billing” and “Default Delivery” addresses the same, simply click the relevant "Change Address" link under the relevant saved address.
- Next, follow the instructions in Step 4 (Please note: there will only be one checkbox for you to tick in step 4).
3.3 Your “Default Billing” and “Default Delivery” addresses are different and you want to update them both to a new address
- Can’t find the new shared address in your “Address Book”? Simply click the “Add New Address” button.
- However, if you find the address is listed under “Additional Addresses”, click the “Edit Address” link to change.
- Next, follow the instructions in Step 4 (Please note: you will need to tick both checkboxes in Step 4).
3.4 Your “Default Billing” and “Default Delivery” addresses are different but you want to change one of them to a new address
- If you are unable to find the address you want to change your relevant address to under the “Additional Addresses” heading, simply click the "Add New Address" button.
- Alternatively, if the address is listed under “Additional Addresses”, please click “Edit Address” link.
- From here, you’ll need to follow the instructions in Step 4 (Please note: you will need to tick only one checkbox in Step 4).
4. Set your “Default Billing” and “Default Delivery” address
- To set your chosen “Default Billing” and “Default Delivery” addresses, you will first need to add or edit the address you wish to set.
- You can do this by clicking the checkbox towards the bottom part of the form. Here, it will give you the option to “Use as my “Default Billing” address” or “Use as my “Default Delivery” address.
- Select the appropriate heading and click “Save”.
Please note: if you do not see a checkbox, this means that the current address shown is already assigned to that “Default” setting.
